BRITISH CLAIMS ON RUSSIA
CONVERSATIONS IN LONDON, British Official Wireless Service. Rugby, Dec. 8. A conversation will take place tomorrow between Sir John Simon and the Soviet Minister in London on the question of the settlement of outstanding debts and claims of British nationals. The step is consequent upon the fact that no reply has been received to a Note on this subject sent in July to the Soviet Government by Mr Henderson, who was then Foreign Secretary.
