PRICE OF GOLD. (Received 10, 10.35 a.m.) London, Dec. 9. The price of gold is £6 6/6 per ounce. TALLOW SALES. (Received 10, 11.30 a.m.) London, Dec. 9. At the tallow sales 493 casks were offered and 335 sold. Good mixed declined a shilling; others were unchanged. Prices: Mutton, fine 26/6, medium 22/6; beef, fine 28/-, medium 22/0.
