ZEALANDIC’S SHIPMENT

FIBBT BPBING LAMBS. The first consignment of spring lambs from this district was loaded on the liner Zealandic, which is due in London this week. Sheep farmers will bo anxiously awaiting to hear how this consignment sells on the Smithfield market. This shipment was closely followed by a heavy consignment on the Tamaroa, which is also due in London before Christmas. The results of the Tamaroa’s consignment will be a better guide, as the small consignment on the Zealandic may realize fake prices, causing expectations of a price which may be shattered when heavy supplies arrive on the market.
