FOR SUCCESS OF DISARMAMENT CONFERENCE. (Received 9, 3 p.m.) London, Dec, 9. The Dean of the Chapter of Saint Paul’s has arranged a unique national service of intercession on December 15 for the success of the Disarmament Conference. It will be attended by members of the Cabinet, many peers, and members of the House of Commons, the Lord Mayorfi Sheriffs, and diplomatic corps, non-conformist, Salvation Army leaders, and practically all bishops and deans in the country.
