ESTATE OF S. J. HARTLEY. In the bankrupt estate of Stephen John Hartley, of To Pohue. the financial statement shows that the sum of £279 18s 7d is owing to unsecured creditors, the only asset being a piano, valued at £5O. The greater portion of the creditors lielong to the Foxton district. Bankrupt attributed his position to business falling off and to the prolonged illhealth of his wife. He is unable to make any offer to the creditors.
