SENTENCES AT DUNEDIN. [Per Press Association.] Dunedin, Aug. 4. Mr Justice Kennedy sentenced the following prisoners: John Charles Tooman, a young married man. on five charges of theft -as a postal officer, one year’s reformative treatment; Doris May Adams, aged 22, for receiving stolen drapery two years’ Borstal detention; Frederick William Marr, a young man. two charges of grave assault on girls, one year’s reformative treatment; Augustus Bates, a youth, for breaking. entering and theft, three years probation; Kevin Hugh Mooney, aged 16, serious assault on a girl, also assault, three years’ probation.
