DOMINION REPORT. The Dominion Meteorologist telegraphs as follows for the 24 hours from 9 o’clock this morning:— The indications are for northerly winds strong to gale, and later backing by west to south. Stormy weather may be expected and heavy rain. It will probably become colder. The barometer has a falling tendency.
