SIG INCREASE IN ESTIMATES.
[United Press Associatlon-B.v CableCopyright.! (Received 10, 1.25 p.m.) London, March 9. The Education Estimates total £45,495,653, an increase of £3,809,754. A memorandum states that £2,123,754 of the increase is due to development of the normal growth of education services, and the remaining £1,686,000 is attributable to changes in financial arrangements consequent on the local Government Act, 1929. Tho present cost, of elementary education per ch; Id is £l3 0/6 and the average attendance nt public elementary schools is 4,890,000.
