George Keyston', president ot the ’Frisco Stock Exchange, was arrested with eight others on a oharge of conspiracy to embezzle £lOO 000 from the Bank of Italy. Joseph Bray, manager of the branch of the Bank of Italy is specifically charged with taking funds while Keyston’s firm handled his account in dummy names. Bray was caught in the October Crash and lost 1,000,000 dollars.
