Humphries) for a breach of the hotel workers' award After hearing the evidence judgment was given for the plaintiff for £l. The case in which Henry Walter Hall, of Dannevirke, life insurance agent, claimed from Tasman J. C. Gurr, of Napier, and the National Mutual Assurance Association, Ltd., the return of a car and payment of certain commission reached conclusion. Counsel for plaintiff stated that the car had been handed over but had been damaged on the journey from Waipawa to Napier. His Worship did not allow anything for repairs. He said that Hull had received payments through Gurr from tho company and he gave judgment for £3l 9/10 with £2O costs against both defendants.
