MATCH BETWEEN CHAMPIONSCROXTON WINS. Auckland, Nov. 11. A champion of champions golf match, in which champions of golf clubs in the Auckland district competed for the championship cup, was played at Middlemore over 36 holes. L. J. Croxton (Otahuhu) won with an aggregate of 158, made up of 78 and 80 C. E. Howden (Waiuku) was second with 165 (81 and 84) and C. G. Johnson (Pukekohe) and E. L. Bartlet (Auckland) third with 171.
