INDIAN BEATS ITALIAN. PROFESSIONALS AT AUCKLAND. Auckland, Sept. 2. Another largo crowd attended the Town Hall to-night to witness a professional wrestling contest between Maeraci Gardeni (Italian-Canadian) and Naranjan Singh (Indian). The latter won by falls in the fourth and fifth rounds. Gardeni was injured by a fall in the fourth round and had to bo assisted to the corner with n drooping right shoulder. The doctor gave him a hurried examination and pronounced him fit to proceed. However, he was unable to lift his right arm at the opening of tho fifth, and was an easy prey for the Indian, who applied a hold to the injured shoulder, immediately forcing his opponent into painful sulxnission. The crowd booted tho Indian’s procedure in no uncertain inanner. A subsequent medical examination revealed the fact that Gardeni’s shoulder had boon dislocated in tho fourth round and had been wrenched back by the final throw. ZARYNOFF BEATS WALKER.
