Atmore, Minister of Education, when he visits Napier about Marcli 15, will be the question of applications for new buildings, the making of provision for teachers residences, where necessary, in country districts, the question of staffing schools on the average roll number, and the granting of remote allowances for teachers in country districts. It is understood that the Hastings High School Board is-arranging a deputation to meet the Minister on matters affecting their school. The question of a side school at Bayview will he brought before the Minister by a deputation of Bayview residents.
