Press Assn.} London, Aug. 8. “Sporting I/ife” fears it is impossible yet to form in the Mother Country and each of the dominions an Imperial Sports Board through which all arrangements for overseas visits could be made arid Empire sport promoted and encouraged, but it expresses the opinion that a start might be made through amateur athletic associations in the tinted Kingdom and a peripatetic Empire gathering held every four years, preferably two years after each Olympiad. Thus latent talent would be unearthed and developed for future Olympiads. Empire gatherings should be held successively m England Australia, South Africa, New Zealand, Canada and India.
