A sensation has been caused by the publication of a document allegedly signed in February, 1927, by sahas Nasha in his capacity of Lawyer and legal agent for Prince Ahmed Seifeddin, who escaped from a private asylum at Ticehurst, Sussex, in 1525, whereby Nahas and two politicians associated were to receive £135,000 if successful in securing annulment of an interdictment in favour of the Prince.
It is recalled that the Prince was sentenced to imprisonment for shooting at Fuad in 1892 and thereafter was declared insane'and mysteriously brought to England, whence he escaped. Nahas Pasha has submitted to the King the names of three new Mil isters, all of whom are Wafdists.
