(Received 25, 8.50 a.m.) London, June 24.

What is believed to be the greatest mail-bag robbery in recent history was discovered at London when the American mail by the Leviathan was being sorted. Though the seals were intact, registered letters and packages were found cut and rifled.

About 100 out of 3,253 bags had been tampered with. The amount involved cannot be ascertained until losses are reported.
