SOLICITOR STRUCK OFF BOLL.

(Per Press sssneiatiom. Wellington June 25. The Court of Appeal ' commenced its session this morning. In the aosenco of the Chief Justice who is still confined to hospital, Air Jutice Sim Is Acting Chief Justice. The other judges in attendance are Mr Justice Reed, Mr Justice Ostler Mr Justice Blair and Mr Justice Smith. The Court granted an application to strike John Henry Victor Mansill, of Auckland, off the roll of practising solicitors. Attention was drawn to the fact that Mansill had recently pleaded guilty to several charges of theft and one of forgery. Air A. R. Meek appeared for the Auckland Law Socoiety, which was allowed 15 guineas costs.
