TO-DAY’S CASES.

Charlie Kee, of Taradale, who was charged with riding a motor cycle in Hastings street at a speed dangerous to the public, on June 3rd, was convicted and fined £5 and 10/costs. On a further charge of riding a motor cycle without lights, Kee wn« ordered to pay costs 10/-. William Henry Gouch, hnker, charged that, on June 14 at Hastings. with intent to defraud, he did obtain from Jan°t T. Navsmith the sum of £1 by false pretences, was remanded to pnpear at Hastings on Wednesday next.
