The Onakaka Iron and Steel Co. who have now established their opera lions on a profitable basis are increasing their debenture issue from £30,000 to £llO,OOO. Ample security is available for tho investment. Dcbeuture-holders have been paid their 8 per cent interest regunrly for the last three years. The capita] being raised is to meet, the expenditure of erecting a plant to make cast iron pipes; also ' steel eastings to augment the profit earning potentialities of the company.
