HAWKE'S BAY ASSOCIATION MEETS. PAYMENTS AND RECEIPTS. The monthly meeting of the Napier branch committee ol the Hawke's Bay War Relic! Association was hulu yesterday. The statement of payments and receipts for December and January was placed before the meeting and adopted. This showed that the transactions for the two months had been as follow :—-
