FLORIDA’S FINANCIAL CRISIS. (Received 7, 12.45 p.m.) New York, Feb, 6. News from Miami states that three local banks failed to open for business to-day, ostensibly because of runs due to the circulation of an anonymous letter, declaring one to be weak, hut it is believed that this is another evidence of the continued deflation due to the Florida land boom.—(A. and N.Z.)
