CAUGHT IN A STORM
RUSSIAN STEAMER FOUNDERS. 250 DROWNED. (Received 5, 10.55 a.m.) Berlin, Jan. 4. An unconfirmed report states that the Russian steamer Ogoza foundered in the Black Sea at the height of a storm and 250 were drowned.
