BRITISH FOREIGN SECRETARY. MEETS GENERAL DE RIVERA. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 1, 10.50 a.m.) Rugby, Sept. 30. Sir Austen Chamberlain, who is spending a holiday in the Mediterranean on a yachting tour, during which numerous places of interest are being visited, 'reached Barcelona on Tuesday. A Press telegram reports that General Primo de Rivera, head of the Spanish Government, who also arrived at Barcelona yesterday to inspect the progress of new buildings, will pay a courteous visit, to the British” Foreign Secretary In well-informed London circles the meeting is regarded as of a social rather than of a political character.
