FINAL SESSION PRESIDENT’S VALEDICTORY ADDBuBS. (Received 28, 2.30 p.m.) Geneva, Sept. 27. Tho final session of the League Assembly was occupied by a discussion on the continuation of the League’s efforts at the codification of international law which will be speeded up. President Guanis, in a valedictory address, emphasised the heppy. manner in whieh reconciliation of tho most divergent views regarding security and disarmament had been effected.—(A. and N.Z.)
