Judgment for the plaintiff for £64, with costs, was given by Mr. W. G. Riddell, S.M., to-day, at Wellington, in the case of Winter, a linesman, against the British Imperial Oil Company in respect of a collision between his motor-car and one driven by an employee of the defendants. The Magistrate said the defendant’s ear had swerved, and given the plaintiff no opportunity to avoid a collision.— Assn.
