Harry Casey (10.10$), of Queensland, professionaf middle-weight champion of New Zealand, retained his title to-night by knocking out Artie Hay (10.12 A of Hastings, m the sixth round, with a left rip to the solar plexus; a section of the crowd in the body of the hall calling foul the meanwhile. Griffiths has accepted, with certain stipulations, Carr's challenge. These are a bit hard on Carr, but they should make no difference.
