GERMAN CHAMPIONS. to tourTaustralia. (Received 26, 10.10 a.m.) Melbourne, Sept. 26. The Victorian Amateur Swimming Association has received advice chat Erick Rademacher and Gustave Eroelieh, German swimming champions, have accepted its invitation to tons Australia. They arrive in Melbourne about December 15, and will probably swim in, all the States and compote in the Australian ehampionships at Brisbane and Sydney.

There is a girl Helen May Martin, of Kansas City, U.S.A., who. though she has been deaf dumb, and blind, since she was eight <l:ivs old. has he oome a concert pianist. Fadrewski. on hearing her plav was astounded, and said he knew of no one like her in the world. Even Helen Keller, who has such a. wonderful record of achievement, has never played on an instrument.
