The “Daily frftil” says one fre quentlv sees a person raise his hands to his face t 0 rub the skin, apparently to remove an insect which thev find to he non-existent. A doctor explains that this is a new tic similar to those observed in neurotics. It may be due to the lavish use of cosmetics. causing skin irritation.
