Edward Cook, £6, costs 15/-; Acetone Illuminating 4 Welding Co., Ltd. v. Smith 4 McHutcheon, £ll 4/8, costs £2 14/-; H.B. Soap and Tannery Co., Ltd. v. G. Taylor, £l3 14/-, costs £2 15/-; Denholm Bros. v. A. H. Hutchins, £ll 10/-, costa £3 17/6; R. Limbrick 4 Co., Ltd. v. Juno Burgess, £4 11/3, costs 24/6. Judgment Summonses: Arthur Thomas Day was ordeerd to pay Harriet McCarthy £67 13/6, in default two months’ imprisonment; C. O’Brien to pay W. G. White £4 7/6, and costs forthwith, in default 7 days’ imprisonment; J. Bicknell to pay J. W. Walters £lO 2/6 forthwith, in default 12 days’ imprisonment.
