ACTION FOR DAMAGES. TO GO BEFORE ARBITRATOR. Palmerston North, Aug. 24. In the Supreme Court His Honour Mr Justice McGregor made an order in the action, Frederick Spencer Easton versus the Moutoa Drainage Board, that all issues of fact, including damages, be tried by an arbitrator. The court adjourned the hearing to enable an arbitrator to be appointed. The parties, however, could not agree, whereupon His Honour made an order aa stated.
