At a meeting ol the commissioners convened to wind up affairs with regard to the Wembley Exhibition, Mr. Bruce said a great educational work was carried out at Wembley. There was not the slightest question that it had laid a solid foundation for greatly increased inter-iLinpire trade. A detailed statement with respect to the 1925 exhibition is not yet available, but the mam figures show chat the total cost to the commissioners was £i 7,818, and deducting £SU,UO received from the Exhibition Association the cost to the Commonwealth was £27,818.
