Whilst you arc young invest in Christchurch Drainage Board Debentures obtainable in Denominations of £lOO, £5OO or £lOOO, which ever you prefer. Interest on these is paid at the attractive rate of £5 15s per cent, per annum, free of exchange at any branch of the Bank of New Zealand within tho Dominion. The term is for fifty years from Ist October, 1923, with the right of redemption by the Board of the whole or any portion after the expiration of fifteen years.

The security is absolutely gilt edged being covered by special rates over the capital value of practically tho whole of the City of Christchurch and a large portion of the suburbs. Copies of the Board’s Prospectus are obtainable free on application *u the Board, or from any branch of tho Bank of New Zealand.

Application Money should he addressed to the Secretary, of the Christchurch Drainage Board, 198 Hereford street, Christchurch, in Cash, Bank Draft, or Cheque, exchange being paid by the Board on all ucc pted money.*
