NO ITALO-GERMAN CLASH. Berlin, Mar. 25. Count Dibianco, tho new Italian Am' bassador, presented his credentials and took the opportunity of formally closing the Tyrol controversy, expressing the opinion that there was no clash between Italian and German interests.—(Times).
