TO-DAY’S PROCEEDINGS. (Before Mr. R. W. Dyer, S.M.) Edward Kelly, charged with " ilful obscene exposure on the " v Parade, was remanded until Saturday for sentence. . John O’Neill, charged with being drunk and using obscene language, was fined £5 10/- in default one month’s imprisonment. Papa Wireuni and Paul Kawhata, who appeared charged with steahn twelve ileeces of wool valued at £b. the property of Lawrence Higgins, ol Moteo were, on the application of Detective-Sergeant Butler, remanded till Tuesday next, bad amounting to £75 in each case being allowed.
