CLIMATE. HEALTH AND OPPORTUNITY. (Received 25. 9.40 a.m.) London, Nov. 24. Sir Janies Allen broadcasted a talk on New Zealand’s climate, describing it as the healthiest in the world. There were no great inequalities of wealth and poverty, and encouragement was given immigration.
