Not Altogether Satisfactory FIELD MARSHAL FOCH’S REPORT COLOGNE EVACUATION EXPECTED. [By Cable—Press Association—Copyright.) (Received 6, 11.15 a.m.) Paris, Nov. 5. According to “La Journal,” Field Alarshal Foch’.s report on German disarmament, which the Conference of Ambassadors will examine to-morrow, declares that tho German Government recently made undoubted efforts to comply with the military clauses of tho peace treaty, especially’ with respect to war' material, but tho secret reorganisation of the general headuuartors staff continues, also the organisation of the police which practically amounts to doubling ihe effectiveness of the Rcichswolir, and secret societies evading the clauses dealing with the teaching of children. “Lc Journal” forecasts the possibilities of an announcement of the early evacua I ion of C< 1 iu (jrdor . > ] rove tho Allies’ ioyuhy to the spirit of Locarim. 1 hi the intor-AHied military control will be m.uintained.—(Reuter.)
