GERMAN GENERAL IMPRISONED IN ALSACE. Paris, Nov. 3. A message from Forbach, Alsace, says that the German General von Nathusius, who came to France on the occasion of the Feast of All Saints to visit the grave of his father-in-law. yas arrested bv the police in connection with a theft of furniture and on that charge has been sentenced to five years’ imprisonment,—(Reuter.)
