A GERMAN INSTRUCTOR. New York, Oct. 21. William Frantden, a German ju-jitsu expert, has arrived to teach New York policemen his 600 tricks. Police officials believe that ju-jitsu will aid in the bloodless capture of many criminals.— (A. and N.Z.)
