STEP TOWARDS SETTLEMENT OF CONTROL. .By Cable—Preo Aisociatlon—Oou/iiirh.u.> (Received 3, 9.45 a.m.) London, Nov. 2. “The Times” Berlin correspondent states that the German Government has at last agreed to supply the InterAllied Military Control Commission with documentary evidence in regard to the production and supply of armaments before and during the war. Even Krupp's has been discovered endeavouring to disguise rifle barrels as castings :nd traincar axles.—(Times.) REICHSTAG ELECTIONS. NATIONALIST OBJECT LESSON FROM BRITAIN.
