MUNICIPAL. “Hearts Aflame” is the title of the big Paramount feature to be screened this evening, starring Frank Keen in. Briefly, it concerns a millionaire whose son is presented with a start in business in the shape of half-a-million feet uf pine, which lies stranded in Michigan. The son, who is a bit of a waster, goes in quest oi his propel ty He meets Helen Foraker, who controls ten thousand acres of pine lands. Thq young couple find much mutual interest and join forces. Later on the millionaire tries to buy the Foraker acreage, but the girl will not sell. Then both lather and son attempt to force her give in, and in a thrilling fight for supremacy in which a forest fire is by no means the most unexciting incident the girl wins and the father and son come to a convenient understanding, a comedy and gazette will support. | COSY DE LUXE. To-night’s programme will lie up to the usual high standard and patrons , can rely on spending an enjoyable even- j ing. The first feature is a Hoot Gibson picture, titled “Broadway or Bust.” 'file ’cast includes Ruth Dwyer, Gertrude Astor. Fred Malatesta, Charles K. French and btanhope Wheatcroft. The story lifts Hoot from cowboy poverty to millionaire sensation of New York, where ho rescues his childhood sweetheart and actually out-snobs hej when ho becomes a society sensation. Then he forgives her and they turn their backs on New York. The second feature. “The Marriage Maker,” is notable for its brilliant set of players. Jack 'Holt and Agnes Ayres are costarred. and then there is Charles de Roche, Mary Astor, Robert Agnew and others. The usual pictures will support.
