KI ALGETY & COMPANY, LIMITED, have been instructed to offer for sale by Public Auction at their office premises at Hastings on the above date, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, FJRTSLY: ALL THAT parcel of freehold land situate in the Provincial Dis trict of Hawke’s Bay, containing bj admeasurement 1 rood 21 perches and 6-10ths of a perch, comprising portions of the sections numbered 1 and 2, Town of Hastings, and being the land com' prised in Certificate of Title, Volume 42, Folio 174 (Napier Registry). AND SECONDLY: ALL THAT parcel of land situate as aforesaid containing l-10th of a perch and being the Lot numbered 7 as shown on a plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office at Napier under Number 2575, and all the land in Certificate of Title Volume 62, Folio 43. SUBJECT as to the lands firstly above described to Memorandum of Mortgage registered Number 20,835, securing Ten; thousand pounds (£10,000) and interest as therein mentioned. The aforesaid lands have erected thereon the licensed premises and buildings known as the “GRAND HOTEL.” The Mortgagee’s application t© the Registrar for this present sale, containing its estimate of th© value of the property can be seen at the Registrar’s office at all reasonable times prior to the sale and a true copy thereof in the Auction Rooms at the time of the sale without payment of any fee, and the Particulars and Conditions of Sale of the said property can be seen at the Offices of the Auctioneers at Hastings and at the Offices of tho undersigned Solicitors.
