ENGLISH CHAMPIONSHIP RULES. London, Nov. 15. The championships committee ui the Royal and Ancient Club of St. Aiidrews, decided that only players with national handicaps of lour or less shall lie eligible to compete in the amateur championship in 1924, and only handicaps of two or less shall be allowed to enter for the open championship.— (A. and N.Z.)
