POLITICAL PRISONERS IN ULSTER SPEEDY TRIAL DEMANDED. London, Nov. 14. The Catholic Bishop of Down, Joseph Devlin, and other Ulster Catholics have petitioned Mr Baldwin demanding the earliest trial and sentence, or release of men interned by the Ulster Government.—(Reuter).
