Ex-Crown Prince at Oels A SECRET HOME-COMING AGED BUT STILL BUOYANT. (By Cable.—Press Association.—Copyright.] London, Nov. 14. The “Daily Chronicle’s Oels correspondent says: “The ex-Crown Prince arrived alter a three days’ journey. The utmost secrecy was maintained and few witnessed his coming. Two cars loaded with luggage followed a red touring car with the prince and his adjutant. As they passe. 1 the town and heard cheering Little Willie pushed his motor goggles back and smiled acknowledgment. The ex-Crown Prince’s two yuung daughters affectionately greeted him in the courtyard, the staff of the estate giving a welcome in the form of three ‘Hochs.’ 'Th© prince’s hair is slightly grey, but he retains his fresh complexion and buoyancy.”—(A. and N.Z.) THE EX-KAISER. NOT PERMITTED TO RETURN. Berlin, Nov. 31. The report that the German Government has given the ex-Kaiser permission to return to Germany is officially denied.—(Reuter).
