(Before Mr. R. W. Dyer. S.M.) Judgment By default for plaintiffs was given in the following cases today :—Butcher Bros. v. Paul Kuirpo £45 9s 7d. costs £5 2s; T. W. J. Johnson v. AV. A. Alanson £2 4s 6d; E. Bateup v. Mrs R- McKinnon £l4 10s, costs £2 14s; Napier Gas Company v. Edith O’Reilly £8 Bs, costs £fl Jis. Judgment summonses: E. Ireland was ordered to* pay W. H. Mitchell £4 9s m two months in default ten days’ imprisonment. Joseph Tareha was Golding £23 18s 9d in one. month, in default one month’s imprisonment; Tam te Hoata was ordered to pay Cushing Bros. £2 13s (U iu one month in default seven days’ imprisonment; Sydney Ross was ordered to pay Henry Anderson £l3 10s at the rate of £2 a fortnight, the warrant to be suspended as long as he paid off the arrears.
