At 11 a.m. to-morrow nt their auction rooms, Beard, Bullen and Co., will offir under instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court, Napier, 10 acres and 16 perches of rich land, situated at Karamu, Tomoana. Immediately following this land sale a large entry of poultry, pigs, dairy stock, etc., will take place. See auction advt. on page 8 of this issue. The most comprehensive display of new spring goods is now to be seen at Messrs Baird’s, leading drapers and mercers.
