SYDNEY WOOL SALES. Sydney. Sept. 28. The first series of wool sales has concluded and was highly successful. The firm rates established at the opening of the sales were maintained throughout.—(A. and N.Z.) TARADALE STOCK SALE. Beard, Bullen and Co. report having offered a good yarding of dairy stock at the Taradale yards yesterday. A largo number of the public attended and bidding for any choice lots was very spirited. Most of the cows were old and late cal vers, but prices obtained for the lots sold were satisfactory to vendors. The firm quote ns follows: Two yearling heifers at 40s, 2 weaner bulls at 15s, 1 aged cow £2, 1 cow £2 15s. 1 Holstein heifer with calf at foot £9, 1 yearling Jersey bull £2 Is, 1 Jersey cow dry and due November £0 10s, 2 Shorthorn heifers in calf at £3 17s (id, 1 Freisian-Lolst<in just calved £7 10s, 1 Shorthorn heifer on drop £9 15s, 1 Shorthorn 15mont.li heifer £2 13s, 2 yearling heifers at £1 13s, 1 Shorthorn cow late calver £l, 1 yearling Jersey bull £3 Is. 1 yearling Shorthorn bull £1 10s, 1 Shorthorn-Jersey cow springing £8 15s, 1 Shorthorn-Jersey heifer in profit £5 15s. 1 yearling Hol* stein heifer £1 15s, 1 Jersey cow on drop £ll 15s, weaner pigs 15s 6J to 20s (id.
