WANGANUI LADIES’ TOURNEY. Wanganui. September 23. The results in the eighteen hole bogev at the ladies’ tournament were as follow :—First division : Miss AA atson (Palmerston North), 2 up; Miss Dixon (Christchurch), all square; Miss Marchbanks (AVellington). all square; Mrs. Collinson (Palmerston), all square. Second division - Miss Cane and Miss Pearce (Wanganui) and Miss Culling (Auckland), one down. AUSTRALIAN AMATEURS. Sydney, September 24. Whitton defeated McLelland for the amateur golf championship of Australia. AT AVAIOHIKI. A mixed foursome played on the AVaiohiki links provided a fitting end to the men’s tournament. The following were the best cards handed F. H. Oliver and Mrs. Oliver, all square. M. R. M. Turnbull and Miss AVenley, 2 down. I. B. Logan and Mrs. Logan, 2 down. , J.
