PROSPECTIVE QUEEN OF BULGARIA. Geneva, Sept. 19. The Bulgarian Prime Minister declares that King Boris wishes to marry a young, beautiful and rich American. Bulgarians have lost faith in Royal alliances and believe an American bride for the King would be a greater asset to Bulgaria. European law permits a King to marry such and the marriage would therefore not be morganatic. The wife would be actually Queen. —(A. and N.Z.)
