If reports that Kemal has given an undertaking to respect the neutral zone are accurate it is understood Britain will be satisfied if accompanied by adequate guarantees. —(A. and N.Z.) (Received 20. 2 p.m.) Paris, Sept. 19. The outlook, in official quarters, is regarded as distinctly brighter in view of Britain’s decision to send Lord Curzon anti Lord Beatty to interview M.
